Modulart in brief

Founded to put an end to the difficulties of completing a successful building project and to reduce the many inconveniences of construction sites, Modulart was set up in 2004 to create “turnkey” houses of an unrivalled quality.

Modulart has developed a construction system that has been lauded for its ingenuity: the Modulart system was awarded the silver medal at the Salon international des Inventions de Genève (Switzerland) in 2000.

Drawing on the experience and expertise that it has built up since it was founded, the company has now created over 200 homes in Belgium and has also developed the range of services it offers. Modulart now builds apartment blocks, student housing and holiday complexes.

Modulart is now keen to pursue its development in Europe, and has set itself the goal of becoming one of Europe’s major players in the construction market in the next few years.
