Throughout your project, the Modulart teams are here to listen to your ideas and turn your dream into a reality.
Preliminary design

From the moment one of our sales managers takes responsibility for your project, we get to work on defining exactly what it is that you want. Your building project will then be analysed by our design office to make sure it meets all of your expectations. You can choose from a wide selection of house models, in different sizes and styles and to suit a range of budgets.
Using ground plans, as well as local development requirements, we work with you to define the preliminary design to suit your wishes and your budget. Once this stage is complete, you will have a plan, a price, a list of specifications and a draft contract.
Application for planning permission to the local authorities
Before you confirm that you would like to go ahead with the project, we apply to the local authorities for planning permission. If the plans comply with their expectations, this permission is granted within about 3 months.

Alongside this, a ground test is carried out so that we can decide with our stability engineer the best type of foundation.
As soon as your planning permission is granted, we draw up a timetable and determine the delivery week. Production of your home can now begin.
Production of walls, floors and ceilings
The first stage of the production process involves creating the different sections that will make up your house: the external walls, the dividing walls between two modules, the floors and the ceilings.

Assembly of the modules
When the different parts of a module have been produced, it can be assembled: the walls are fixed to each other, to the floor and to the ceiling. At the end of this stage, the “superficial” work can begin in the home.

Adding the finishing touches and appliances
All of the finishes are added on our assembly chains at the factory, sheltered from any bad weather. Our teams fit the windows, the flooring, the heating, the plumbing, the electricity… The appliances and kitchen and bathroom fittings are also added by us. Alongside this, the foundations are prepared at your plot, ready to welcome your new home. Once they have been checked, the modules are then ready to be put in place on the site.

Installation of the house
This stage is without a doubt the fastest one in the whole process, as it takes a matter of hours (one day at the most). The different modules and the roof, transported by lorry from our factory, are installed with the help of a crane. Your home is now 95% ready.

Delivery
For the next few days, our teams cover the roof with tiles, add the last finishes and the last few connections before your building can be officially “delivered”. Your home is now ready to move into. We give you your keys and you can start to settle in.
